It's definitely NOT for the faint of heart. For the majority of the story Jin and Logan are kept apart in ways that are fucking brutal to read/listen to.

I loved the parts when I got to see some of Logan's struggle to be the number one in Jin's life. Their growing pains trying to assimilate to the enormous changes in their lives is fascinating, maddening, and fantastic!
In book two of the series, Jin and Logan are mated, but that doesn't mean that everything's calmed down, the opposite is far more true.
I love the werepanther world Calmes has built. I cannot stress this enough - THIS IS NOT A STANDARD FLUFFY ROMANCE - these shifter stories have bite.
